Exciting New Chapter for Dennis Dixon Ltd.
In mid-November we announced an exciting development that will strengthen Dennis Dixon Ltd and enhance the services we offer, whilst providing stability for the future together.
After careful consideration, the Dixon family agreed to sell its shares in Dennis Dixon Ltd to Oxalis Logistics UK Ltd, a respected leader in the UK logistics sector. The Hoyer Group will retain its current 30% shareholding, maintaining continuity and stability.
Oxalis, previously part of the Hoyer Group until February of last year, is the market leader in retail & aviation fuels and bitumen bulk logistics in the UK, and also ranks second in bulk gas logistics. The Oxalis management team also have considerable experience in the chemicals business and are seen as the perfect owners going forward, providing a strong track record with a clear commitment to investment and growth. Their proven commitment to the industry and previous success integrating acquisitions was paramount when considering our future partner. The management teams have known each other for many years and have a mutual trust and respect, with a common vision to deliver the very best performance.
No changes to our people or operations.
• The entire Dennis Dixon Ltd team will remain in place with the same leadership, values, and commitment to service.
• Steven Dixon will remain as the Managing Director and everyone else will continue in their current roles, including the Traffic Office team who remain your key contacts.
No impact to service levels or contracts.
• There will be no customer-facing changes or impact.
• All customer and supplier relationships will continue unchanged. This is a change in ownership – not a takeover or restructuring.
